Tasting notes: Assam tea, mint, brown sugar, green apple, cherry.
Cherry is picked ripe and wet processed by the smallholder.
Wet parchment is dried on flat rooftops of the houses.
Dried parchment is collated and shipped south to Antigua where Los Volcanes Dry mill is located.
Here it undergoes a rigorous final QC process before bagging for export.
