Our espresso blend is designed to be rich in body, heavy on the mouthfeel and clean on the finish. The combination of natural, semi-washed and washed coffees means the flavours and textures really bounce around giving a nice complexity.
We brew it to the following recipe: 18g of ground coffee producing 35g of espresso in 30 seconds. If facilities allow, adjust your water temperature down until any sharpness is eliminated.
